The Department of Business Administration offers a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration and Economics. Students may pursue a course of study which samples broadly from the Department's offerings or may choose to focus their study in one of four areas or concentration : Financial Management, Operation Management , Marketing Management, Human Resource Development Management. This course of study is intended to integrate general education, liberal arts, and career planning with the tools for business planning and financial and economic analysis.

Upon the completion of the undergraduate program our students successfully pursue careers in the public and private sectors. The degree is also designed to articulate with graduate business studies programs such as the Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with fields of concentration in Financial Management and Human Resource Management at NCBA's Center for Graduate Studies.
