High School Organization

Board of Directors

The highest governing body in the school is the Board of Directors composed of five (5) members elected in a general stockholder's meeting. It is responsible for the formulation of policies and guidelines for the conduct of the affairs of the school in accordance with its mission and vision

Officers of the College

The central administration of the College is vested in the President, the Vice President for Administration; Vice President for Finance and Asst. Vice President for Finance, all elected from the rand of the Board of Directors, and the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Normally, the Vice President supervise departments headed by directors with the rank of Assistant Vice President

Other School Officials

The College Registrar is the custodian of school records of students and enforcers government and school regulation on credentials, evaluation of subjects or credits, elegibility for graduation.

The Chief Librarian reports to the Vice President for Administration and is responsible for the over-all management and supervision of all branch libraries

HIGH SCHOOL OFFICIALS

The Principal reports directly to the President and exercises overall supervision over the students and teachers in their respective departments

The Discipline Coordinator assists the Principal in enforcement of student discipline

The Academic Coordinator assists the Principal in the implementation of the academic program

The Activity Coordinator assists the Principal in supervision of curricular and extra-curricular activities of the department

The Class Adviser is responsible for the management of the activities of his class and the conduct and behavior of his pupils, in and outside the classroom.

The Subject Teacher is responsible for imparting knowledge and skills to the students in the different subject areas. He assist the class adviser in discipline and order during class activities.

The Guidance Counselor reports directly to the Principal regarding student's concerns and provides counseling and guidance services to students and parents

The Librarian is the custodian of the reading and research materials available to students in the library

The Registrar is responsible in the proper recording and safekeeping of all student records

The Finance Officer maintains the financial records of the College including billing and collection

The Medical and Dental Staff safeguards the health and medical emergency of the students in school.

The Security Officer oversees the safety and security of the students and the school at large
