VISION |

NCBA Community Outreach Program envisions to reach out to selected barangay urban communities to conduct livelihood, literacy, safety and health, and related programs enhancing industriousness, responsibility and god - fear by compassionate, highly motivated self-driven, morally / spiritually upright and enlightened volunteers. |

Specifically, NCBA Community Outreach Program intends to :
1. to conduct entrepreneurial course geared towards development of business skills;
2. to mobilize children, youth, women and parents to rally behind a safe and healthy community;
3. to provide literacy assistance through tutorials and special education programs, and
4. to develop awareness and elicit volunteerism among the members of the school community resulting to |

MISSION |

In order to accomplish the vision, NCBA community Outreach program shall undertake outreach activities to Barangay Amihan, Barangay Quirino 2-C, Barangay Escopa 1,2,3,4 and nearby areas. |
