My warmest greetings to the students, faculty, personnel and administrators of the National College of Business And Arts as you  celebrate your 40th Foundation Anniversary.

The expansion of NCBA into three campuses is a testament of your jubilee theme   “Resolute and United to Build the Youth’s Future.”  It is my hope that in the fast changing world with competing demands of economies, policies and governance, the college will remain firm and resolute in its aim to make young Filipinos globally equipped.  As they acquire the skills they need to advance their careers, may they also embody the cherished values of  the Filipino.
