In behalf of the Commission on Higher Education, allow me to convey my sincerest congratulations to the officials, faculty, staffs, student and alumni of the National College of Business and Arts (NCBA) on the celebration of it's 40th Founding Anniversary with the theme : "Resolute and United to Build the Youth's Future."

The Commisision commends NCBA's achievement in gaining recognition in providing quality affordable, and accessible programs that contributes to the pool of well-trained, highly and academically equipped business-related graduates.

Indeed, with all the challenges and great opportunities, NCBA has continued to uphold the vision of the Commission as embodied in the Medium-Term Higher Development Plan for Higher Education, 2005-2010.
