NCBA's new college Dean

Dr. Avelino S. de Chavez was appointed as new college dean of National College of Business and Arts last October 1, 2011. He concurrently holds the directorship of Research and Quality Assurance.

He is responsible in working with the non-teaching academic officers and personnel, area chairpersons, professors and performing other vital functions with faculty and instruction

In addition, Dr. de Chavez also worked as college dean of Olivarez College in Paranaque City and a professorial lecturer in the graduate programs of De La Salle University, University of Manila and University of Perpetual Help.

Also, he is a member of CHED Quality Assurance Team (RQUAT) for Region IV and of Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

With these new appointments and responsibilities, the whole NCBA team is looking forward in supporting the new college dean for fulfilling the school's mission and vision.
